José Luís Gutiérrez, with more than twenty-five years of experience in the stoves and a clear vocation, founded Gumen Càtering in 1998. With the structure of a small kitchen on the outskirts of Sabadell and producing twenty daily menus, he made a name for himself in the world of collective gastronomy. After only a few years the business grows as a company, creating a philosophy of its own: approaching people’s daily lives to gain time and comfort, and enjoy the traditional cuisine made at home.
Between 2004 and 2012, the second generation joins the family business to hold some positions in the company. In 2013 Gumen Càtering bets on the development of new markets and expands its business. A year later it opens the new headquarters in Sabadell (Barcelona) to meet its growth and increase its production capacity.
Nowadays, Gumen Càtering operates throughout the Vallés Occidental and Barcelonés, with a production of more than 4,000 daily menus. In Gumen Càtering we like to cook and enjoy good food. Are you joining us?
